My name is Maritssa Villegas, and I am the founder and owner of EstiloVista, a proud woman-owned general contracting company based in the DFW area. Born and raised in Dallas, I relocated to Fort Worth, where I now reside and continue to grow my businesses.
I have been involved in construction since 2020, when I completed my first property renovation and sale. Raised by my father, who spent 25 years building new homes, I have learned everything I know about construction from him. His guidance and expertise laid the foundation for my own journey in real estate investment and home flipping throughout the DFW area.
EstiloVista was founded after I noticed a consistent demand for home renovation services, with many people requesting business cards after seeing our completed projects. With a strong network of contacts and a background in real estate investment, I recognized the potential to launch a successful general contracting company.
